The David Pozzi Center and Our Challenge Grant A new building on campus will be named in honor of David Pozzi as a result of a wonderful gift of $1 million given by the O’Connor & Hewitt Foundation in the form of a challenge grant. This grant will match the next million dollars given to the Campaign. The Pozzi Center will provide the space needed for additional classrooms to ease overcrowding and allow the school to enhance offerings in the fine arts program. It will also include space for athletic training to be utilized by girls’ and boys’ athletics, the drill team, and the cheerleaders. Mr. Pozzi has established a legacy of excellence and service to St. Joseph High School since his graduation fifty years ago. His dedication and commitment to the teaching vocation continues to have a profound effect on students, their parents, and his professional colleagues. To make the Pozzi Center a reality, St. Joseph High School needs the support of its family and friends.
